The client obtains the right to use the website while the service remains active and payments are up to date. Server access or delivery of the source code for personal use or modification will not be provided.

4. Payments, Service, and Fees

• Annual Service Fee: Includes domain, hosting, and maintenance.
• Annual Renewal Fee: £200 (includes domain, hosting, and maintenance).
• The annual renewal fee may vary and will be updated on this page when applicable.
• The website service can be used once the corresponding payment has been made and the client has provided all required information.
• This service is non-refundable once these terms and conditions have been accepted.

5. Server Conditions and Technical Use

• The service uses a shared server to provide web hosting.
• Email accounts are subject to the server’s conditions.
• The number of database queries is also limited by the server’s conditions.
• The website may be automatically updated by the server at any time to maintain security or performance.
• In the event of any outage, downtime, or maintenance of the server, the client must wait for the server to be restored. OneToGo is not responsible for losses, delays, or inconveniences arising from technical issues with the server or third-party services.

6. Customization and Permitted Changes

The client may request up to three changes, which may include:

• Text content.
• Images.
• Colors.

No structural changes, addition of special features, buttons, or elements not previously agreed upon and paid for by the client will be made.

7. Clarification About the Service Fee

The fee covers the use of the website and its functionalities (for example: e-commerce, service page, PayPal integration), including the domain and hosting. The website code is not provided for personal use or modification. If additional customizations or specific developments are required, they must be discussed in advance and may incur additional charges.

8. Privacy

The information provided in the form is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

9. Modifications

OneToGo reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this same page.
